The address 'Moor Lane" must have been home to many Wassell as well as Charles families. I have traced my grandmother and her 13/14 siblings to Moor Lane. Her sister Matilda Charles married John Wassall in 1894. They had a daughter, Dora born about 1898 who wrote letters to my grandmother, Enzie in Canada. One of these letters appears to have been written about 1942. Dora married Sam Hughes in 1915 and they had 5? children, the youngest born about 1932. Any one knowing anything about Dora Wassell or other Wassall's?
