Have just added a few Bathams to bcc, including the earlier ancestors of Daniel Batham of the brewery as they were not on there.
The surname is incredibly rare (if my memory is correct I think there were only around 400 of them on the 1881 census, although it is a fair bet that some were mistranscribed as 'Botham' etc).
Most of the Bathams alive today have a connection with the Black Country Family. The only other place that the name occurs with any frequency (from Elizabethan times) is London, which is where I think the Black Country ones originated (they simply 'turn up' in Wolverhampton in the mid 1600s).
If you have a Batham connection please get in touch.
