Looks right to me. San. The dates seem to match - although, on the stone, birth for Hannah looks more like 12th Jan rather than 2nd Jan. Right residential address.
Some mistakes are too much fun
to only make once.

Just had another look - the month is spelt in full - July, as is the month of her death January
