Here we are.......

In the first case of its kind to be heard at Kidderminster xxxxxxxxxxx (21) an ice-cream vendor, of xxxxxxxxxx, Birmingham was fined £2 yesterday for sounding chimes after 7 p.m.
It was stated that his van was chiming in Birchen Coppice Estate, Kidderminster at 8.30 p.m.

Something to be proud of being the first person in Kiddy to chime his music on his ice cream van after hours.
