Just transcribing for FreeREG the marriages at St Luke's Church, Cradley Heath when I came upon a witness who I read as Charles Tombobberley. Couldn't believe that was a surname so, as you do, I started looking up for births and marriages on FreeBMD and couldn't find anything. Then it suddenly clicked, he's the father of the bride, Charles Thomas MOBBERLEY. :lol:
