You a Reporter for a Daily Tabloid Rocky Raccoon? It's not a toilet! Only a small part of that building is a public convenience. Whoever is responsible for constructing this er construction may been a little naive in their thinking but its not only a toilet haha What a waste of public spending !

Apparently the toilet is the only part of it that`s open so that`s what it`s main purpose is? even that is usually closed :crazy:

Parked there this morning on way to Sandwell Hospital it was locked up :oops: must open for their special events :idea:
