Within the last week, our hosting provider carried out an upgrade to the server software. This upgrade increased the requirement for memory beyond the server's capacity. As a result, we have been experiencing downtime on a daily basis. The only solution to this was to relocate to a higher capacity server.
This move has now been carried out but this has caused some collateral issues. Known issues at present are:
- Notification emails are not currently being sent - FIXED
- The gallery is not currently accessible - FIXED: currently testing
I'm working to resolve these issues as soon as possible, but cannot give an exact timescale for resolution at the moment.
On the plus side, you should now find the site faster, better to access on mobile devices and some additional functionality is available.
