I had seen some things on this family today as marriage and unmarried needed changing for it to be in order...
I came across this family

I can't see a baptism for Mary with parents Benjamin and Mary.

Just a thought, could it be that Joseph worked for Benjamin and when Benjamin died Mary(Higgs ) juts lodged with Joseph
