ARC TBC Joseph Mucklow and family
I am trying to make sense of the Mucklow family. Ancestry family trees show Joseph born 1746, Connections 1771but I cannot find either. I can however see a marriage to a Mary Jackson on 17/9/1770, although there are several other possibilities. Ancestry trees have the first child being born in 1771 and they also have his death year as 1846 but again I can't find evidence. I have found two Joseph Mucklows in Halesowen, one buried 30/6/1833, the other 25/7/1832, could either of these be correct?

Re: Joseph Mucklow and family
I have been comparing the information on family trees on Ancestry with information on Bcc and Family Search. The information for Prudence makes sense but there is a big difference for Joseph who is 1746-1846 on Ancestry and Prudence has a lot of siblings with the eldest being born around the birth date of Joseph on BBC. They also have a Mary Jackson as the wife and marriage on 17/9/1770.

Re: Joseph Mucklow and family
I have looked again and still not found evidence but all the family trees have 25th October 1846. The eldest child mentioned is a John Mucklow and there is a baptism record for 28th April 1771 at Haleso
wen with parents Joseph and Mary Mucklow. If this is the correct Mucklow family then 1846 makes more sense. On Ancestry they have seven children Prudence being the youngest and Mary Jackson is ten years younger than Joseph so 1846 would make more sense. Any extra information to substantiate this would be good.

Re: Joseph Mucklow and family
Sorry yes 1746. Ancestry has Joseph being born 1746 and dying in 1846 which is why I'm suspicious, 100 seems a very good age for that era, the 1832/3 dates I found sound more feasible.
