Tribute to Sir Tom Moore

Post by Northern Lass »

I thought this guy was incredible.
A really good person.
He raised millions for the NHS and I for one loved reading about him.
His words lifted a gloomy day..."tomorrow will be a good day".
Yes he had a good innings but still sad that he succumbed to Covid.

So RIP Sir Tom thank you for your positive deeds and words which gave us hope.

Speaking in November 2020:

“I would like us all to stand shoulder to shoulder – metaphorically. Let’s try not to get downhearted, we will get through this, whatever is thrown at us and together we can ensure that tomorrow will be a good day.”
