Witnesses to Edward and Sarah's Marriage were Jeremiah and Eliza Cartwright. Cannot find any trace of Edward, Sarah or Philip after 1851?

Charles is living with his Yardley Grandparents in 1861. Not sure what happened to his parents or brother Philip. I did find a death for Edward Deeley about 1855 and a Marriage for a Sarah Deeley to a James Smith about the same time. Not sure if this Sarah is Charles's Mother or not?
