Hi,
I am Mike and I joined a couple of weeks ago.
I have been on one or two Geneology courses in the past without following up on them, but decided to grasp the nettle and subscribe to Ancestry 3-4 weeks ago and of course, I had completely forgotten everything that had been taught on the courses.
I am finding Ancestry helpful, particularly the hints from other people's trees, although I am aware that you can't always take them for gospel.
My aim is to try and make my tree as accurate and extensive as possible, so I am likely to be making several posts on this forum asking for help!
I am from North Wales and my main areas of research initially are the Corfield family who lived in Gyfelia/Eyton from my mum's side, and from my dad's side, the Davies family from Coedpoeth.

Hi Mike, welcome to the forum
A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.
