I agree that sitting in the car is dangerous but it isn't quite so easy to get out if someone in the car is severely disabled.
Currently investigating the Hillmans of Sussex.

Too many vehicles now on the roads- a lot not legally -No Tax, Insurance or driving licenses very little deterrent and very poor driving standards lets hope the trains and trams are helped

personally if they get caught driving without a licence and especially if the copper have to chase them they shouldn't be allowed to have one ever
