Gubbys of Surrey 1939

Hi folks! Could someone look in 1939 reg for Cyril Alexander Gubby 1907 with wife Grace poss at Epsom. 4 young kids. Also Alfred Charles Gubby 1891 wife Hannah again at Epsom. Particular interest in occupations and address. Thnx a bunch

Right Cyril A but not sure about Alfred Charles. I've got he died in 1970 at Tooting. Can you find Hannah 1891 formerly Botting in 1939. She died 1942 so should be in register. Ta

Just come across this on google.
Netherne Hospital, Coulsdon, Archives
The Surrey County Asylum at Netherne was built 1907-9. Netherne hospital closed in 1994.

Think this might be correct Alfred even though it gives his wrong birth year. As I said he died at Tooting which we now think is St Georges. Would still like to know where Hannah Frances (aka Annie) is in 1939 please.
Their unmarried daughter Hannah Margaret 24 and baby died in childbirth Sep 1937 so perhaps that tipped him over the edge.

I think this is her, her age is way off and says widow but childrens birth match with maiden name Botting.

Thnx again grangers. I have those children, they were the couples last 4 born. I have Hannah's birth as 20 Oct 1891 so maybe a typo.

Seems to be a few errors in these records grangers. Hannah b1891 died 1952, Alfred born 1891 not 1888 as in 1939 reg, and Hannah would not have been a widow cos he didn't die till 1970 :? :?

I had looked the record itself and that is what it said. Human error on the form? Wrong advice? Who knows?
