Suicides in Family History

Post by garrypaulbrooks »

Hi

I've made a lot of progress in tracing our family tree, but there are a few things that I haven't pinned down.

One of these is that my aunt (my mother's sister) told me, about 40 years ago, that two of he family committed suicide. I've no idea who, or why - how might I find out?

Thanks, but this is going to be a lot of searching, my mother comes from a large family.

The good news is the GRO now offer PDFs of certs for £7 worth trying some of the most likely candidates ? usually partners died close to one another or young ages? also may not be buried in church grounds ? Kind regards RF Good luck .
