
You ring up and they talk over you and you have to remind them that you are a paying customer
on the end of the phone and that the next leaflet you get from their customer service dept that you will not
this time hurl into the bin but dilligently fill it in with emphasis on the young lady/lad on the end of the phone that took your
call and proceeded to talk in a condescending manner to you and talked over you.
Then when you asked to speak to a manager that same lady/lad said no you couldnt and refused to put you through
