ARC TBC..Trouble linking parents
I have David Hugh born Pembrey 1786, brother Thomas born 1790. I’m pretty sure this is correct up to now. Both have Thomas listed as their father. The only Thomas Hugh who fits in the timeline to be their father was born in Llangennech in 1761 ( 10 miles away so quite possible).Parents listed as William and Luce. This Thomas married Margaret John in 1778 in Llangennech. However, the only William and Luce in Llangennech were married in 1765, 4 years after Thomas was born. I’m not sure that this would be the norm in those days but I can’t find any more detail that would explain this more clearly. Any help would be appreciated.
