Hi,

I'm researching my main maternal family lines which are, Halesowen Lapal Fletcher's, Blackheath Rowley Regis Fletcher's Halesowen and Blackheath Adams, Hurst Green and Blackheath Andrews, Lapal Cutlers.

I'm interested in a few probabilities that need further substantiation.

I think that a Sarah Bates b 1786/87 I think married Thomas Adams b1786. I can only find a marriage in 1811 in Oldswinford. Why they would marry in Oldswinford I don't know. Suspect their could be another Thomas Adams and Sarah Bate perhaps. Also Sarah Adams is living with Thomas in Blackheath 1841 census. I'm aware of another Sarah Adams in 1851 or 1861 living in Rowley Regis but was born in Manchester. I did find what I believe to be my Sarah Adams in the same census living with two of her sons whose ages fit in Rowley Regis but I can't find the records now.( Will have to rejoin Ancestry!) So I don't think the Manchester Sarah belongs to Thomas Adams and their children Mary Adams b approx 1812, Hannah Adams 1814 John Adams 1816 (my direct descendant) Joseph Adams 1818 Samuel Adams 1822 Sarah Adams 1825 d 1825 Thomas Adams 1827 William Adams 1828

I remember looking at this lot
the Hazlewood kids were the connection to this family.
but it was a while ago

Then John andLucy have a hazlewood with them too

hazlewood is a link jeff as here in 1841 and sarah down as born rowley but this may be an enumarator or transcript error put right by later censuses also hannah adams is there in both censuses
