Checking the births of all of their children on the GRO site her maiden name is definitely BILLINGHAM.

I think the 30 July 1837 marriage at Edgbaston, John Wooldridge & Sophia Bennett is also correct because we have:
14 Apr 1817, Kingswinford, Thomas Bennett & Sophia Billingham!!

Sophia Wooldridge (ie nee Billingham) died March Qtr 1882, registered Stourbridge, aged 84 (GRO site)
I think she is the one already on BCC bapt 1797 at Cradley, Worcs:

I'm still checking, but Thomas Bennett & Sophia appear to have had children bapt at Old Swinford:

There is a big gap so there may be some more.
