As you get older you tend to sleep less,or so "they" say. Thats a good one NL " Spring forward Fall back" . I' ll have to remember that. But can anyone tell me why in this day and age we still do it !! Why do we adjust the clocks every Spring and Fall ! ( I love the word Fall instead of Autumn)
