I wonder why Scotland and Wales are still free as they always were here and should be ,common sense really, if you are ill the last thing people want is hassle parking in or near hospital for care, visiting or working there :wink:

the land on which some of the new PFI hospitals are built dont belong to the NHS so cannot be forced into making parking free
A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.
