Stuck..Medal Query
Found a great-great uncle who was awarded the Miltary Medal in 1918 (posthumously I presume), been trying to find out why he got it... Any ideas where to look? Been looking at the London Gazette and cant find any reference to him in it...

Hi AndyYou might try the NationArchives http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/ and if you know his regiment Google for their homepage they could perhaps tell you
