Elsie Fellows age 15 of 196 Dudley Port was killed in the Tipton Ammunition explosion.

Mrs Fellows had visited factory on day of explosion regarding her daughters wages. When she came away she heard an explosion and knew it was the factory
She didn't recognise her child.
