Unknown Rock

I think this Unknown Rock is actually James:

Their son James was bapt 30 July 1820 at Park Lane Presbyterian, s of J. Rock and Harriet.

Now, I have only been able to find three children of Richard Rock (b abt 1766) and Elizabeth nee Willetts:

All bapt Rowley Regis:
James bapt 27 Sep 1789
Sarah bapt 17 Nov 1791
Stephen bapt 31 March 1793 (on BCC)

I presume Elizabeth, nee Willetts, died mid 1790's - sometime after the birth of Stephen: I don't have the Rowley Regis Register handy to check, but is there a burial for an Elizabeth Rock in this period?
