Jack Price Athlete

A Blue Plaque is to be unveiled in Halesowen ref. Jack Price an Olympian born 1884 died 1965.
I was a member of Halesowen Harriers in late 1960's and Jack Price had photos and Cuttings and display in Clubhouse as did his 1950,s to late 1960,s club mate Jack Cole who was a sprinter as against Jack Price who was a Marathon Runner.
I was presented with medals by Jack Price and have a vague picture of him in my mind as an elderly but still imposing figure

I have most of details about him and can put on bcc

His wife Rose Hannah Hardwick who he married 11/5/1902 Halesowen is already on bcc

Neen Savage hamlet is North of Cleobury Mortimer and Neen Sollars is South of Cleobury Mortimer

that is ok his wife was born Halesowen so one foot in the Black Country

There are three John Price born 1984 in or around Cleobury Mortimer and Two who married a Rose
The other one who married a Rose was born in Neen Sollars so probably why they have wrong place of birth.
