While looking for something else I ran across the following marriage at Warwickshire:

Sarah Parkes of the Parish of Dudley in the County of Worcester, Spinster
By License granted by the Rev. ????, LLD
Saml Parkes & Sarah Parkes Both Signed
Wit: Wm John Parkes & Charlotte Parkes Both Signed
& The X Of Esther Gill

Jo kindly did a look-up for William Parkes & Charlotte Saunders marriage at Kingswinford in 1805, I was hoping the witnesses on that marriage might help. The witnesses on that marriage were Absl Homer & Nancy Parkes. The Esther Gill mentioned above, I believe is my 4x great-grandmother, Esther (Bloomer) Gill. Trying to find out how, or even if, Esther is connected to this Parkes family? Help Please

Jo, sorry to be so late in responding, the time difference really messes up my response time. Yes I think we do have same family. I noticed that Esther (Bloomer) Gill did have two daughters that married two different William Parkes. I'm checking for parents of these William's to see if perhaps their father was a Samuel Parkes.
