Looking for a suitable burial for a Richard Massey, baptised Rostherne, 1736, married by licence at Sandbach 1759, .Last child born 1768, At Ollerton, Knutsford, Cheshire
Wife Sarah buried at St John the Baptist, Knutsford in 1775. ( As are most of their children in later life).
Known to be a farmer at Ollerton since 1757. -1775
Adult Descendants still in the area until 1930's.
Others of this name in Timperley, and surrounding districts, but who have families there..
One daughter Sophia Massey bap at Mobberley in 1764 , not found either in marriages or burials for Cheshire.
Name often mistranscribed as Mafsey, Mossey etc....
Any suggestions please?
