?? Could Sarah have been born Tipton rather than Rowley?

I found those as well graingers14 but the census records for Sarah and family show Rowley Regis in 1881,1891,1901

Odd isnt it? I thought I was on to another thing but doesnt seem that's right...

I have checked births and it would appear children were all registered as Poole
So Sarah was probably unmarried and lived with William Woodward.
Son Edward Poole put William Poole dec. Rivet Maker on marriage cert. but no William Poole existed

The other Groucutt/Poole connection is a red herring

Will look for Sarah Poole before 1871

I looked at this last night but poo poo'd it but now I think this could be her...
