Have done a look up for Anthony Welband palmer and a Sarah Jane Hackett with father James Hackett

I think it is this Sarah Hackett but cos of that name I dont want to connect and it be the wrong one so may hacketts!

in Rowley which isnt Borough or Halesowen..maybe she just put that to get married at church
