I've got this spare marriage look-up

6 June 1820 at St Mary’s, Oldswinford
William Phipson, Bachelor of this parish
Mary Woodhouse, Spinster of this parish
Wits: William Lavender, Ann Wood

Do you think it's this William Phipson on BCC:-

Now thats a coincidence.I was looking at Joseph Dudley born 1849 Lye about 10 minutes ago.
1871 Census. Spring Street Green Lane Lye
Joseph Dudley aged 21 is a Lodger in the home of Wm and Mary Phipson.
