Two potential candidates for the John Homer on the memorial.

UK, Soldiers Died in the Great War, 1914-1919 about John Homer
Name: John Homer
Birth Place: Cradley, Staffs
Residence: Cradley
Death Date: 31 Oct 1915
Death Location: Cairo
Enlistment Location: Stourbridge, Worcs
Rank: L/Corporal
Regiment: Worcestershire Regiment
Battalion: 4th Battalion

No extra info on CWGC. The two John Homer I have narrowed it out to are both born Cradley in 1896 or 1897.

It is just a plaque then? It will take a bit of work to figure out the William on there. Lots of William Homer's around that area who died in WW1.
