Trying to find Record for James Bruce Timothy Chalk died May 1919 have tried several sources to discover where he was buried to no avail can anyone help or advise.

that is a tricky one
Suppose on the death certificate re that area he died.... or lived....ask at the local archives the most likely church and go thru those churches.
Or try at the archives for the list of burials in the municipal cemetaries
at Dudley they have an online cemetary record and Wolverhampton do too!
So it is worth asking if they have anything like that
not everyone got buried at church
so local crem or cemetary should have records and archives may have same records
