In 1901, the only Elise Simon of about the right age with father Henry that I can see in all of the UK is this one:

1901 Les Buttes, St. Saviour's, Guernsey
Henry H Simon Head 37 Grocer b. Guernsey, St. Saviour's
Ada M Simon Wife 37 b. England
Alice R Simon Daur 12 Scholar at home b. Guernsey, St. Saviour's
Elise T Simon Daur 10 Scholar b. Guernsey, St. Saviour's
Laura Simon Daur 6 Scholar b. Guernsey, St. Saviour's
Agina Simon Daur 4 Scholar b. Guernsey, St. Saviour's
Flory Simon Daur 1 b. Guernsey, St. Saviour's
Percy E Duffett Stepson 11 b. Guernsey, St. Peter Port

What do you know about the witnesses RF?

plus kids for this couple do you know of any
and

Hi RF had a look on the 1911 census and I think your Elise simon may be a Elsie Smith
b abt 1892
father could be a John Henry Smith married to a Pamilla about 1881 at halesowen

on the 1901 this Elsie and family are living next to that family who are living at 167 High St on the 1911 census
she is age 9

Could the name be Smith not simon maybe changed?
