There are connections.Ann and George Smallwood when they married lived in Lodge Street,Oldbury but Ann's father on her wedding certificate is Jeremiah Firkin. The name Jeremiah is also in the family though.
Joseph Firkin Head 30 Coal Miner Wednesbury Eliza Wife 31 Oldbury ANN Daughter 15 Nail Maker Oldbury Agnes Daughter 7 Oldbury Mercy Daughter 5 Oldbury Harriet Daughter Rowley Regis Ellen Daughter Rowley Regis.
You most likely have this family on your tree , but some trees on Ancestry have Ann , knowing Jeremiah is her father Living with Joseph Firkin. It might just be that this Ann is the same person . If you notice ages of other siblings, their is a gap of eight Years .

On WestMidlands BMD Dated For Births 1845-1849 , There are no Births for Ann Firkin in Oldbury . So where the Census says Oldbury its incorrect , I think it should say Penkridge
