Tribal Pages?? Aghhhh!

As most know BCC have a Tribal Pages web site to save our tree. The web site is backed up each day. Every 500 more people added we upload the saved gedcom to a back up site BCC2.
For weeks now we cant upload an updated gedcom. Tried loads of ways
Although I think Tribal Pages is great we have had no response in tech help although a couple of people have tried to help.

If you have a Tribal Pages tree and are willing to try, could you please try saving your gedcom and on a new free site try uploading it?

Would be a great help.

I think it is the new gedcoms there is a problem with as you mentioned.

So it has to be a new saved gedcom then try to upload that.
Not an old gedcom.

Sorry - can't try this. I use Tribal Pages, but only the free one to share information with rellies. I can upload a gedcom from Rootsmagic, but can't download.

it has to be a new TP one just saved today that we need to try.

free sites you cant download gedcom only paid ones.

we have tried with new gedcom saved thru roots magic and ftm and same problem.

An old 2007 gedcom loads up fine, just tried, trying roots magic now.
