Hi

am looking for confirmation of a Marriage,

James Male and Mary Derby, 21st January 1713

Is it possible the record would give parents names on a Marriage entry?

Many thanks
Deb

Hi Deb no it would only have if bach/spinster and otparish and witnesses
no parents
no parents until civil regis in sept? 1837

have you ancestors from the Black Country area?

if so you know we have a Black Country tree?

and a Black Country genealogy section...scroll down the board

I can look that marriage up for you

you would need to go to the section called look up requests....this is the correct section....but post on the thread entitled look ups dudley and sandwell
I need the day, month and year and always the church

Thanks, have moved the request to what I hope is the right place lol

Yeah, know that parents only listed later on but was trying a long shot as I've been able to find records for the parents of both parties as yet :(

thanks for help
