Wills
Can some kind person please tell me what happens to a Will once it as been read. My husband has never seen his mother,s Will ,and was only told what was in it. Also if Wills are kept by the state can we access them, even old ones. Thanks

The answer is Yes DT - even after they've been read - you can get a copy.
There is an office in Birmingham, up by the Courts, I have had a few from there - you fill in the form and wait about half an hour.

Thanks Maggie, I will do that in the summer. Do they do all Wills or only ones for Birmingham. My husbands mom died in Oldbury
