I've found a Samuel Beard with son Thomas Beard 1861 living in West bromwich
Samuel is a miner and Thomas is aged 9.
1871 Samuel is now a rag gatherer and Thomas is 18 a moulder still living in West Bromwich.
1881 Samuel still living at the same address but is now a rag dealer.
Thomas meanwhile seems to have married an Elizabeth and is living still in West Bromwich.
Could Samuel's occupation Rag Dealer also be interpreted as Store Dealer as mentioned on Thomas Beard and Elizabeth Law's wedding certificate?

Well i think that the Thomas Beard with father Samuel Beard married to Elizabeth Law is not the one connected to Thomas Beard of Oldbury.
Can we adjust BCC accordingly NL?
I think Elizabeth Pardoe in 1871 living in Perrott Street,Oldbury just around the corner from Birmingham Road is the Ann Elizabeth Pardoe married to Thomas Beard of Oldbury and Edward Pardoe 7weeks is Edward Beard.
