I need some advice about two sisters. Mary Ann Badley Born 1840 Dudley Register Office DUD/008/336

1841 Brandy Row
William Badley 35 Head Chimney Sweep 1801
Sarah Badley 35 Spouse 1806
Eliza Badley 11 Daughter 1826
William Badley 10 son 1831 This is my 2nd great grandfather. He is on BCC
Catherine Badley 8 Daughter 1833
John Badley 5 Son 1836
MARY BADLEY 1 Daughter 1840
All born Dudley

William Badley 48 Head Chimney Sweep
Sarah Badley 42 Spouse
ANN BADLEY 10 daughter
Henry Davis 17 Servant Chimney Sweep
Edward Gardener 16 Servant Chimney Sweep
All born in Dudley.

William Badley 58 Head Chimney sweep
Sarah Badley 50 Spouse
Catherine 27 Badley Daughter

I am wondering if Mary and Ann are the same person. The only problem is that there are two marriages on West Midlands BMD:

1858 Badley Ann Beresford Thomas Dudley St Thomas Dudley Register Office 201/017/149
1864 Badley Mary Ann Ensell Charles Dudley St Andrews Dudley Register Office 205/ 003/ 219

It looks like to me they are the same person.
If I am looking at the right people a Mary Ann who married Charles Ensell uses just Ann in census.

1871 20 Greystone Street, Dudley
Charles Ensell, head, 32, Shoe Maker, Bellbroughton
Ann, wife, 30, Dudley
