I suffer from low esteem ,and i can get depressed about my weight and what people think of me. On here i can write what i think , and words come easily. I am not like that when i meet people . I am very shy and i sometimes cannot think of the words i want to say and i panic . Therefore i can be very quiet. I want to have self confidence ,but it don't come easy. :(

Snap Jimmy

And Spent last week at home with an abcess on tooth finally had it removed last Monday.
Not been out since Thursday to a funeral and now can't get out with snow cos of mobility difficulties. Can fall over without the snow lol

So yep gonna be climbing walls tomoz .
But then maybe not cos I can come on here with all of you's.

that one way to deal with it mandy look for an alternative to distract you away from being stuck in, change the negative in to a positive and give robbie some help with his relie as he needs it :lol: :lol: :lol:
