I can't find 3 brothers on the 1901 census.
Thomas Williams b.1886 Rowley Regis Staffs
Frederick Williams b.1887 idem ditto
Edwin Williams b.1890 idem ditto

Can anyone help me?

Yes Kate is short for Catherine,sorry!! But Annie was one year older than Nancy!!

So Annie's were called Nancy? Sometimes?
I seem to think that Frederick was around in the 50's.Maybe he was adopted or fostered out like my granddad Frank born 1897 his youngest brother?

here he is on the Connections site in 1891 with family
was he adopted?
