are we sure it is that Benjamin on Bcc?
age is out 1860 consistently in census for Bcc one
but 1864 ish on later census for one to Selina

also job ...1881 one on bcc nailer
1891 one with selina clerk.

who are those dunns living near him?
not bros on Bcc one :?
