go into user control panel ( below board index upper left)
select board preference tab
go down to Summer Time/DST is in effect (select no)
and submit

Thank you peterd -- just what I needed to know! -------sadly by next March you may have to tell me how to get back again --- when you learn by repetition twice a year is simply not often enough!

I just hire a programmer who lives in Cambridge. Since daylight savings stopped in the UK and started in Victoria there is now an 11 hours difference in the time zones. So if I wish to chat with the bloke on Skype at lunchtime in the UK it is 11:00PM over here.

Have I missed something? Daylight saving stopped in the UK? I know they were talking about it, didn't realise it had happened - or has it??
