Hi Pete, sorry only just got back to you on this, my PC has been in for an overhaul, well we all need one now and again! I cannot find anything concrete on Thomas and Sarah Hackett.

There's a Submitted Marriage for Thomas Hackett and Hannah Perry 14.10.1822 RR, which fits with the birth of their son Joseph. A maybe Baptism for Thomas to Joseph and Mary 1802 RR. If this is the right one it looks as though Thomas Hackett is more than likely to be Sarah's brother?? Thomas has called his eldest son Joseph, which gives credance to the fact that Joseph was the father of Thomas and Sarah?? HTH from Linell.
