Bacon wrapped Pork-todays the day - I have all the ingredients and nothing else for dinner so todays the day.

Have you forgotten February already Rob or should that be Bacon-wrapped pork- I can't remember what all th e fuss was about
Anyway just eaten it a thumbs up for the voting.
My variations were Onion instead of Shallots, white wine instead of Vermouth & Chestnut mushrooms and also added cooked apple to the sauce. Did roast parsnip and potato to go with it and normal bacon instead of streaky. Tried 200 centigrade and no burnt bacon-went down well so well done Mallosa for February's recipe

Anyway just eaten it a thumbs up for the voting.
