All my valuable research is synched between Family Tree Maker and Ancestry so there is no danger of losing any data.

The last time this happened is when they made changes to their interface and introduced stupid things like defaulting to the first month of the quarter when saving records when the previous six years they defaulted to the third month.

Speaking as an IT person there is no excuse for your site being down for ten minutes. Hours is just bad management.

It was working for me for about 10 minutes.I was searching for Sarah Attwood born Cradley Heath.
