I saw it, I was on the edge of my chair - almost as bad as the rowing yesterday (then I was actually shouting at the telly!).

Yet to hear any Black Country accents from the gold medalists. Perhaps they should introduce some cheese rolling or similar to the games?

Michael Vaughan, on TMS yesterday, pointed out that Yorkshire were lying 8th in the medals table. Returning to A. M. I wonder if he did a deal with Federer; "I'll let you have Wimbledon if you give me the Olympics". Or maybe Liz gave Federer a ring; "Listen young man, it's my jubilee and I think that you should give young Murray a chance. There's always the possibility of an honorary knighthood you know."
Currently investigating the Hillmans of Sussex.

Greg Rutherford is the one I enjoyed watching the most. He was lovely with just a touch of quirky.

More Yorkshire gold and bronze in the triathlon. That puts Yorkshire about 9th on the overall medal tally

Wow! Sir Chris Hoy was brilliant to win his 6th Gold. Fantastic! At least we beat Queen Victoria in the ladies sprint to get at least one gold at the Velodrome. That is 7 gold in the velodrome to Team GB!!!
