I have connected Richard James Waring to James Waring born 1849 Churchdown Gloucestershire

because I cannot find a Richard James Waring born Birmingham Warks 1888 only a James Waring.
It is complicated as James Waring born 1888 and his two brothers Charles and William were raised in Workhouse School whilst their widowed mother was in Workhouse.
Richard James Waring's grandfather was Richard Waring and his fathers' sister Mary Waring married a John Slocombe and moved to Handsworth Staffs. which is probably why James Waring born 1849 moved there as well

What I cannot find is James Waring born 1849 in 1871 and 1881 and his marriage to an Esther c.1881 to 1891 so help would be appreciated

Waring is spelt different on most records

In 1891 he is shown as born 1853 but I think that is incorrect
