Maddock - Freidwelska Marriage

Post by Maths girl »

I am trying to help a friend get started

We are stuck trying to find a marriage of (Percy WIlliam- possible forenames) Maddock to a Friedwelska (Polish Jewess?) in approximately 1935.

We have two sons born in Lancashire in the mid 1930's (still living) but believe there was another one, Vernon --

There is a possiblility that the marriage and missing son, Vernon, took place in Canada or China.

Can anyone spot anything else useful?

Thank you

Ok -- obviously having more luck than last night

Just spotted this

MADDOCK, Vernon L
Consulate : Foochow
Country: China
Year: 1921-1925
Volume : 15
Page: 133
Record source: GRO Consular Birth Indices (1849 to 1965)

Next question -- is it possible to get and where from the birth certificate that goes with this entry?
