Frederick Bishton ARC TBC?

Hey all!
I am currently researching my partners BISHTON lineage.
Looking for a Frederick BISHTON
He married Elizabeth in 1896 in Wolverhampton (Surname unknown)
1901 Census puts him at age 36, and being from Dudley.
I have found a birth for the said name, Dudley, in 1864
He had died by the 1911 census as Elizabeth is a widow.
I have found a DOD in 1910.
I have only used findmypast.co.uk and FREEBMD, and i simply cannot find him on the 1891, 1881 or 1871 census's. I have tried variations of the name, to no avail.

Can anyone see him anywhere? If he's anything like the Mrs, he's a right pain in the bottom
